When I start a program, program has started normaly bud itd black window and this is all? Where is problem?

Your laptop has a i3 processor with 2.2GHz which include the Intel HD 3000 graphics. Thats a little bit low for this simulator. In this case it won't work but even when it would work your maximum framerate will be 15FPS, which is very low for playing games. (A game looks smooth at 30FPS or higher)
