This happened on "Evening line D" activity, at least two times.
That might be the trains raising their pantograph as they leave the station, because while they're raising their pantograph, they cannot apply power.

I've been analyzing the Simvliet 2020 map... Is Zeerwijk inside Simvliet or Zoutplas city?

I think is an external city like Noordvliet in Rijndam map.
