What route is that and is it a public one?

It's an outdated archived route from 2010. You can probably find it on the old forums or an archived website. Someone will link you there. I can't.

By the way, this map (from Beta 3.0) is run on Beta 3.14 in the screenshot, so when you find it somewhere online you have to copy the .000 file to the Beta 3.14 installation folder.
