Yeah that's right! I found it myself. Unfortunately, It's the same case, like with the MVG Type A with panto. You can't spawn that train in explore mode, but if you make an blank activity with that MG2 with pneumatic tire bogies, It'll spawn, and you can drive it.
If you want to make a very fast ride, just disable ATB/ZUB, put trottle to 1.00 and enjoy.

No, but I de-saturated the sky to grey and also made the screenshot darker post-capture, using paint.net, to make it look like it is raining.
No special programs have been used at the time of capture.
