Metro simulator forums

Hello, I am using Win8.1 and when I come to open Metro Simulator, Windows Says
"The Program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing form your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this"

I have followed this it still does not work. Any suggestions about a way to fix it OR does it not run on Windows 8.1?

you have to install DirectX 9

One more thing, When loading the Game, A Activates mode does not appear. Any suggestions about what I should do?
