Re: NS SLT
Maybe you should release the parking brake. It helps...

How rare is it to get a A or B malfunction?Sjoerd wrote: ↑28 Oct 2023, 11:15 The screen on the right of the cabview is now functional.
When the train is activated, it shows the destination display, the number of trainsets coupled (only the first with train number, up to 5 trainsets are shown), an acceleration meter, and it will show it if the emergency brake is activated.
When there is a problem, it will show the malfunctions screen. The train differentiates three levels of problems; A, B and C, depending on how much of a problem it is.
An "A" problem would require you to stop the train immediately.
A "B" problem needs attention (and might need solving), but you can probably continue operating the train.
A "C" problem is a comfort issue; nothing to worry about at the moment, but more a "fyi" situation. Example; a malfunctioning passenger information display in the passenger section of the train. C-problems are not modelled here (as the simulator doesn't have functions for that).
When the train is in motion and the doors are open (the malfunctions showing are "doors not locked" and "doors on the right side open").... That would be an "A" problem; high risk, so stop immediately.

Re: NS SLT
In real life its often like when the brake tests are expired or when the ATB malfunctions. Its never allowed to drive with a A malfunction.
But you would get a C malfunction more when the toilet is broken, when the announcement system is broken and many more

Re: NS SLT
It happens when you cause them. Like when you disable the door interlocks, and start driving without closing the doors first.
And you aobviously get a warning when there is no overhead power (like pantographs down, or up but no power is recieved from the overhead wires).

Re: NS SLT
Hi,
I have a question, does the new SLT and DDZ trains have their own real sounds in the game or is it the same situation like, sadly, in the 11G and 12G trams, where the sounds are nothing close to the real ones?

Re: NS SLT
Could you please refresh the wiki? There are still no SLT nor DD-AR and DDZ topics there..Sjoerd wrote: ↑05 Dec 2023, 19:00 The NS SLT can now be used in the latest version of the simulator: viewtopic.php?p=35918#p35918
