Unable to start Version 3.18

I have the problem, that i can't start the latest version (Beta 3.18), as Avira Antivirus always puts the Beta318.tmp file into quarantine, because it thinks that it may be a virus. Recovering the file is impossible, as every attempt to do this always ends in a "File can"t be recovered" error message.
When i try to start MSB, i get two error messages, which claim, that the OpenAL32.dll and the alut64.dll files are both missing and MSB can't be started.
I already downloaded it twice and also installed it twice, but i can't fix the problem.
Does anyone else have this problem and knows how to solve it?

Try uninstalling it. Right-click the Avira app and then click Uninstall.
