Question about City of Thames

Post by jaytrainz »

Hi everyone,

I am new here and new to the game. I really enjoy it, it’s fun and interactive. I have a question though, in the new City of Thames map aka London are there any express routes or no?

You can run an express service if you want to, on the middle track of the 3-track section; GWR station to Oxford Cross, stopping only at Queens Court, Aldgate and City.
And then either go back as a normal service, or make it a single-train-shuttleservice.

I was looking for an activity with that. All I have done was running the Afternoon 501 activity, and then seth a path on the CVL to that middle track, running an express service, when it was not supposed

But if somebody releases an activty for that, it would be great.

Well, according to the .xml files there are three trains that do this, even though I never tested them:
- Train 422, 19:55 from Beckton Junction: all stops to Aldgate, then fast to Oxford Cross
- Train 423, 20:05 from Beckton Junction: all stops to Aldgate, then fast to Oxford Cross
- Train 424, 20:15 from Beckton Junction: all stops to Aldgate, then fast to Oxford Cross
