Why in ICF Carriages there are no WC?

Why in ICF Carriages there are no WC?

In all of the carriages of ICF, I see all had WC. Why in MSB, is no WC? And there is an space to make there

Answer is simple. ICF mean InyerCity Fictional carriage.
Model based on reel one but made by Sjoerd
Citadis : French Type of trams (yes, i'm french :) )

yes, but why in VT95 there is a WC?

because:

1. These are not fictional vehicles
2. These trains used to run longer routes than they do today, so a toilet was added

Here, because Sjoerd was not inspired by the real VT95, he reproduced it to the most faithful.
The ICF doesn't really exist. True carriages are a bit different. Wiki page here
