That's going the need a whole lot of work to get it in usable condition.... It needs inside walls, a complete/detailed interior, wheels, etc.

What power supply it has? It is diesel powered or battery powered, because it doesn't have 3rd rail shoes or panto?

It is powered by a flywheel motor, with a small LPG engine for starting up the motor.
