Ctrl + X didn't change the destiation display outside the train for me.

If you tried it in RIjndam.... no it won't. The repaintable destinations are the same as the Rijndam map-specific destinations (I just used the Rijndam destinations file to show how to put them on the list). So when you are in Rijndam, and go from map-specific to repaintable destinations; unless you repainted them, you see the same.
So repaint it first, before you see other (your own) destinations....

I didn't really want to have to post another update, as I really hoped the errors were discovered and solved by now. But this one was severe enough to warrant a new version.

I found out what the problem was: my packaging script included the repaintable texture file, meaning it was included into the "Munchen.000" file. And so, the train loaded that one, instead of the file with the same name in the "Munchen/textures" folder.
I solved this, and a few other texturing details.
