Hi. So my question is how to move trains from Maintenance Yard because I don't know. Thanks in advance.

Inside the maintenance building there are no overhead wires and no 3rd rail, so the rolling stock can't move on there own in there. You need one of the diesel locomotives to shunt rolling stock out of the building.

Or you can use another metro to tow it.

Only if that other metro is long enough, so at least a part of it touches the 3rd rail outside
