Breaking news

A train which were making an inversion near Transferium Rijndink station derailed at the beginning of this morning. Apparently the conductor was the only injured, as the train didn't take passengers inside.

All trains between Transferium Rijndink and Dénia are being cancelled and Rijndam Electric Transport company is making a transfer service by bus for all affected passengers.

In 31st October 2006. 5201 and 5229 were on fire at Molenwijk. I don't have the foto for it. Maybe Sjoerd has. 5217 survived the fire.

In Explore mode set a train on TRD1 line, then keep pressing "J" key everytime you pass the switches (direction Dénia).

Alert Service
Due to technical failure, the M5 line is interrupted between the Transferium Rijndijk and Lierdijk stations for an indefinite period. Replacement buses were made available.

An indefinite period? Just for a driver who has been careless enough to stop on an unpowered bridge?
I'd say; send the next metro (consist of at least two SG3's; the other M5 service, or a M2 service from Transferium Rijndijk) to couple with this one and tow it off the bridge. The delay can be restricted to half an hour

Hi Sjoerd, as the MP for Leidsebuurt and Haarlemmerplein, the citizens would like for the M6 to be extended to Leidsebuurt, due to the M3 services being packed during rush hour, and my constituency would like an interchange to provide better services for the area.

A nice suggestion, but probably not a realistic solution to the immediate problem; extending a metro line takes a lot of time. The problem could be resolved easier, cheaper, and sooner by increasing the frequency on the existing line M3
