Simvliet has already one airport, isn't that enough for you?

There is already a university in Simvilet.

Simvliet has to be an international airport. A Lelyward airport would have to be a private or municipal one.

I'm not sure if it is International, that's why I said maybe. Update: I just found out it is.

In a small country like the Netherlands, a non-international airport (for scheduled passenger traffic) would be pretty pointless.
Who would want to go to the airport, check-in long before departure, pushback, taxi to runway, takeoff, land, taxi to gate, wait for your bagage, and then have to travel to your destination...... when you could be there by train (directly from city center to city center, no booking in advance) hours ago.

That's why it's called a municipal airport
