I have just used a text-to-MP3 website to produce the English station announcements to be used later for the Afroeptool. I have to say; you have to use some weird spellings, and sometimes break up a single name into multiple different words, to make an English speaking program pronounce Dutch-sounding station names

Just for fun, I inputted the world famous llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch into http://www.fromtexttospeech.com/ Sounds good.... ;)

How many platforms are there at Rijndam? There are four lines that stop there.

Are you referring to Rijndam Central Station? That station has 4 tracks. Track 1 and 4 for lines M1 and M4, and tracks 2 and 3 for lines M2 and M3. An incomming metro on line M2 will continue as line M3 and vice versa. ;)

Sorry, no Dutch there, only "English | Chinese | French | German | Italian | Japanese | Korean | Portuguese | Russian | Spanish"

I am not seeking translation, just a way to make the needed mp3 files. So far, I only managed to do the english version. I haven't found a tekst-to-mp3 website for the Dutch announcements yet.

How big is the largest crossing? Is it the M2 and M3 lines, or the where?
