The mediafile link for the Afroeptool may be broken. This is where the link (for the Dutch version DL) takes me.

Clicking on "continue" restarts the timer, and the timer is stuck in a loop of counting down from 30 sec.

Version 1.1 of the TTC Streetcar Add-on is now released (fixing a small bug), and here's how to install it:

NOTE: If you already have the previous version (1.0), only do step 3.

1. Download any Afroeptool program and install it wherever you want. The folder in which you install it in will now be referred to as the Afroeptool directory.

2. Delete Changelog.txt, HalteOmroep.txt and the mp3 folder (including its contents) from the Afroeptool directory.

3. Go here. Download the file and install it into the Afroeptool directory.

And, that's it! You have successfully installed the program!

Not at all for (normal) tram lines.
Metrolines are not mentioned by line numbers. Just that you can transfer to that network.
At Den Haag Laan van NOI and at Den Haag Centraal, they do announce "U kunt hier overstappen op het RandstadRail netwerk" ("You can change here to the RandstadRail network").
