To record an .mp3 from any TTS service I recommend this program: http://nld.moo0.com/software/VoiceRecorder/. Just ignore that they say, it does not work with new Windows. Works fine on Win 10 for me

Attention: the installer usually also gives you two other programs from moo0. (Youtube Downloader and audio converter from what I remember). You cannot unselect that in the installation process and you have to uninstall them via the software manager. This is the only program (except OBS, but thats for video recordings) that correctly recorded computer audio on my Win 10 from many audio recorders I have tried.

A full city? I see no use in placing buildings along the underground part of the network, where you are never going to see them.
