how do you change the departure boards in simvliet 1982?

how do i get rijndam 2022 in my game i tried so many ways

I have the same problem. I set the destination code (for example 1012CO), yet nothing shows up on the destination boards and the switches aren't set. I also tried using the automatic junction codes (since when you load the Simvliet 1982 map, they aren't set, it just shows "--") and I wasn't able to change them.
I've also tried changing the first number of the code, since that's usually the special number that tells services apart (like in Rijndam, where 8 sends you via Vierdijk and 9 via the HSL) and nothing changed.

The same problem occurs on the Rotterdam 1968 map.
