Is there a way to make ai trains open all their doors and not random ones? Thanks

Nope. Unless you want to hack into the game's source code, you're going to have to deal with it.
Light Rail rapid transit (Tram-train) > Metro

Just use the regular door controls. It works in AI mode. But if you want the AI to open all the doors, it only does it on certain trains.
