There is no L11 series; L11 just stands for "Locomotive number 11". Is was constructed by cutting in half the Standard Stock motorcoaches 3080 and 3109 (which each consisted of half motor-room and half passenger compartment; https://live.staticflickr.com/1855/3052 ... 4d05_b.jpg), and then joining the motor-room halfs together.
The result was a strong locomotive that was used for shunting duty, which was numbered locomotive 11. It was always a one-of-a-kind. ;)

there could be a passenger variant and a shunter variant implemented in the game aswell? :P but it could be too much to ask

If you make it....
I have asked for someone to build it in Sketchup on several occasions. For a static object on that piece of track next to the parkinglot at Epping, the quality doesn't have to be high. ;) For a usable train.... a bit more quality (and an interior) will be required.

The 5200 cabin at the Transport Museum at Simvliet Haven is based on the one that is preserved at ROMEO museum in Rotterdam.
The cab was taken from 5201 which (and 5229) got destroyed by fire in November 2006 at De Akkers.

5217 is the 5200 that will be preserved. Now its stands at the RET Kleiweg Facillity in Rotterdam. 5217 was also there during the fire. The 5217 is the survivor during accidents and fire.
