That's not its use in real life, hence why Sjoerd hasn't used it as a speedo. Instead, this is for CCTV so the driver can check that the train doors are closed properly and for platform securityPetttRocket wrote: ↑24 Jan 2020, 22:03

Indeed; that bottom screen is only used for CCTV at stations.... A function the simulator does not have. That is also why the screens in the Rotterdam metro's (SG3) stay blank.
