Also I wonder how many cars I can couple into full train, so it fits into regular metro station? 3 (like on R/SG3) or 4 (like on MG2, R/SG2, MG2/1 and SG2/1)?

3x double-car is the longest formation normally used in passenger service.

Also, correct me if I am wrong, but I think this train isn't only used in München, but in Berlin aswell, but I am not sure.

To correct you, it's Nuremberg which uses them, too.
