This isn't completely on topic but, I was digging around in the 3D warehouse and found two possible (in my mind) trams that could be put in the simulator.
From Philadelphia:

A 1980 single ended Japanese built streetcar, still operated by SEPTA
From Toronto:

Modern Low Floor streetcar from Bombardier, gradually being placed in service by the TTC

As postimage changed domains, try changing postimg.org to postimg.cc or postimages.org, that should bring the repaints back.
