RET depot 's-Gravenweg

Post by Sjoerd »

Today the RET had an open day at the depot 's-Gravenweg in Rotterdam.
If you are interested, you can download my photo's here: https://we.tl/LRKi0tEU3J

The photo's include SG3's in the workshop, in the train washing facility, cabin view shots, outside and inside of the loco's, etc.

Thanks to the RET for organizing this, and thanks for letting me drive a real SG3 for a few hundred meters! :D
(by the way; I took all these photo's with my phone, so I am not on them myself).

And while Sjoerd was making trips back and forth in the SG3, I was on the other side in the 6001:

Random noticing, are those lights on either side of the coupler from a SG2? They look like a SG2's headlight assembly.
SFMTA does not know how to run a metro system or light rail or streetcar. 8-)

I went straight to the locomotive when I arrived, so must have been somewhere between 11:00 and 11:15 I guess?

Oh, and if anyone think they saw me and Sjoerd and think they overheard us discussing possible release dates for the MG2/1 and SG2/1, you didn't
