Overhead lights are quite rare in the Netherlands. Only a couple crossings on NS networks knows them. The RET/RandstadRail doesn't have them at all.

I know but it's Rijndam, the fictional city based on Dutch and non Dutch cities.

Yea, but the objects are still made by Michiel who makes them for a Dutch sim with focus on Rotterdam. :roll:

There have been a few changes to the railway (including changing the route of the freighttrain), what it is exactly will remain a secret until the release of Beta 3.11. A text about it has already been written and will be added to the Rijndam 2018 Wiki page when Beta 3.11 has been released. ;)
