Well, I think they have already it...

I didn't know R-NET are for commuter trains, just like London Overground or RER in Paris...

That's the 5600 you're talking about. The 5700 is a little bit different, but the livery and train is exactly the same. Look at the train number, as you can tell it's moved a little bit to the right. The reason is if the doors are open, you can still see the train number. If somebody has a better foto of this 5700 metro, please post it.

I think the dark livery fits more on the buses and trams, I also think the train would look nicer with the Silver livery that the Metro has got.

Only the one on the 5700's is fictional. As I understand it, when the 5700-series was made for Metrosimulator, the real colourscheme for the 5700-series wasn't known yet (only that it was going to be R-NET). So the Metrosimulator 5700's where made using the official R-NET colours.
But in the end, the RET decided they don't like those colours, so they changed it into what the 5600-series in Metrosimulator now has.
Personally, I prefer the Metrosimulator 5700-style :)

We name it the Fake R-NET. Because it's not the color for R-NET.

This is my new repaint and one of the first things i´ve done with Paintnet.
It advertises for a Company that designs ads. What a coincidence.
The company is fiktive and called MSG.nl (Monosynth GraphicDesign). Oh, the same letters as in my Nickname. Another coincidence.
On the middle part of the train is the adress (Kruidveltlaan 37) but that can´t be seen so good on the screenshot.

You can download the train temporarely on my website -->https://sites.google.com/site/projekttr ... ints-en-de
because it could take some time until it reaches the normal repaint showroom.
What station is that?
