Automatic door protection

Post by Alfacinha315 »

Hi there! I wonder if one day it will be possible to have automatic door protection on the game, to avoid incidents with passengers on the tracks. Here are two examples I found on the YouTube:

I hope you like my suggestion... ;)

Cheers!

We have already discussed this here: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=820&hilit=platform+doors

If it where added to the object library, I would install it on at least one line ;)
Personally, I like the idea of having this as an extra way to test driving stills. :)

I was thinking, in a first phase, between Stadionweg and Simvliet Centrum or in the underground stations of Rijndam. :)

But if that topic was already created... You can together them, if you want. ;)

In Rijndam, I think I would install it on the line M2 extension. All services run with SG3, so no problem with different door placements between different types of roling stock ;)
And perhaps also on the Airport Shuttleservice. :)

Simvliet is made by Michiel, so that is his descision ;)
But if I had to decide; on all underground Simvliet stations. Rolling stock that does not match the platform door placements can then terminate at Simvliet Centrum.

Well, even though I agree because I despise ATOs, give it a chance. ;)
This is now a dead account.
