Extreme Lag, not sure why.

Hi everyone,
New to the community so hi!
I seem to have a problem running the simulator.
I am currently running on 3.9 as when I try to download 3.10 it states the files are corrupted.
The problem is that when I start any session, I seem to get less then 10fps, always.
I have deleted the render file and set all of my graphics to low, and still gotten less then 10fps.
Here are my specs:
Intel i7-4790k @ 4.0GHz
Gigabyte GTX1070 (8GB variant)
16GB DDR3 @ 1886MHZ
250GB SSD (which I have the game running on)
Windows 10 x64
Any help would be great.

Please read the 3.10 FAQ
As for the lag, It certainly comes from your graphics card.

He already said that he has a GTX 1070.
The specs should not be a bottleneck because i have somewhat the same specs and i have no lagg at all

How can the lag come from my graphics card? Its a brand new pascal GPU that was released at the end of 2016, brand new. I have installed all DirectX components.
(I did read the FAQ, did everything there)

It was just an assumption because I have an Intel(R)HD Graphics as a graphics card and that in beta 3.9, the FPS is high

Could you please tell me your Browser and OS?
You might also try downloading the file from my Google Drive (
unofficial download, no support when using my file, use at your own risk) to see if somethings wrong with your browsers downloading behaiviour. Using a Downloadmanager and/or connection to your network with a phyiscal LAN cable instead of WLAN might also help.
