The only thing is that, if ticket validation machines were created, it will only be for surface stations, as you can't see the main hall from the underground ones. In the Valencia's metropolitan service, surface validation machines are slightly different from the underground ones, as is used to had an entry and an exit for when cardboard tickets were used. Now those holes are sealed and instead, on top of them, there is a big magnetic circle for validate your ticket.

IF they are created, they will (probably) be one of the Dutch versions, as they are used on the Rotterdam metro (taking into account that the rest of the simulator is based on the Rotterdam metro too); http://www.goo.gl/bJRhzh ;)

This is the card reader on stations without barriers on the Rotterdam Metro. This is also on Trams and Buses except they are grey.

These ones are also on Line 51 and Line 5 in Amstelveen, but it's pretty confusing because the Sneltram and Tram both run on the Amstelveenline, trams have these OV-Chipcard poles in the tram itself. The metro has it's poles outside on the platform. (The poles look pretty withered btw)

That situation will change; that line will be converted to normal tram only within a few years. There will be no more check-in/check-out poles on the platforms, only in the vehicles.

Yes, due to accidents Line 51 is going to be shorted to Station Zuid, Tramline 5 will replace the route of 51 from zuid to Amstelveen.

Validators used in Carris (both in buses, trams and elevators).

How do I resize the images, so that the fórum won't cut part of them?

No, not due to accidents. It is due to the fact that the A10 ringway around Amsterdam will be moved underground at Station Zuid, and the station itself will be changed; the metro platfoms are going to move to another location. Those two things combined will mean there is no more place for the connecting tunnel between the current metro platforms and the line to Amstelveen.
Also, the extension of the line to Uithoorn is being planned, and on that line is no room for high platforms, as part of the route will have to be shared with buslines. So there is only place for low-floor trams.

Metro (/Sneltram) 51 will not run to Amstelveen anymore, but will probably be diverted to Isolatorweg (from Station Zuid, along the route of line 50). Line 5 will run it's current route to Amstelveen Stadshart, and a new line will be started with low floor trams between Station Zuid and Amstelveen Westwijk, and later to be extended to Uithoorn (along the route of a former railway which was removed around 1975), where it will end next to the former (still existing) station building.

And to keep on topic; the OV Chipcard check-in/out will be at the doors inside the vehicles. ;)
