how to fix that This verison of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) verion of the program

You seem to run a 32-Bit Windows. Metro Sim 3.10 needs a 64-Bit processor.
Sorry about that, the only fix is to buy a new PC.

beta3.10 can be 32 bit ?

I don't think there will be 32-bit version. And i have the same problem as you midom5
