Go to the mentioned site. There you can make your own. Or go to mytrainsim.de/zza for German, Austrian and Dutch Displays to customize.
My PC however is on Windows Update for 2 hours now, only 15% though. Idk what bullshit NSA is inflating into my PC right now, but looks like that takes until tomorrow.
Edit: Oh 20% already! Windows 10 is soooo fast *irony*
To livestream I would need to install that hell of OBS again and err... MetroSim just caused black screens when recording, I can only record Windowed games.
But again, something more to get me sidetracked during my few days left before school and I have to write a few sites for biology on a typewriter, cause computers are not allowed, and some french and math for an exam. fml
