Will the RET400 be included in 3.15 as well, so that we don't need to have that much .000 files in the folder? (I have 9 right now :lol: )

Yes I think so. But the current idea is to release it as a 3.14 add-on first, so you don't have to wait for 3.15.
In order to do that, I will first need to make the add signs repaintable, and make some activities so you can use it in traffic.

Because that's not something that can be just put in. It may even have to wait until the next version of the simulator engine.

OK, I get it.

Testing the RET 400+1000 in an activity....
This is new terrain; Rotterdam does not have underground tram infrastructure (as far as I know), so these trams never ran in tunnels :D

Off-topic;
I found a sketch of a 11G and a 12G tram we use in Amsterdam, but a bit more modernized;

It would be cool if these trams were in the Beta.

There used to be a (short) tram tunnel in Rotterdam, so I guess at some point a 'vierasser' must have gone through here, before it got taken out of service (this is where lines 2 and 20/25 split now, they moved the tram back to streetlevel to make the new junction, you can still see the remains of the tunnel):

And that's the way it was from the late 60's to the mid 90's. The current Randweg / Beijerlandselaan stop was in the middle of the tunnel. You've mentioned remains of the tunnel but it still exists. It's just closed and overlapped.

As for the stop here's a picture of it in August 2012:

As you can see it still has attributes of a tram stop.

Here's another one of when it was in use with Düwag GT:

And just outside:

The ZGT was the last tram to see regular service there after the GT.

The tunnel had signals btw. The same type of signals were also installed on the Schiepleinviaduct build in te same period and are still there: https://www.google.com/maps/@51.9348485 ... 312!8i6656

I just looked at the location on Google maps. They really should have kept that tunnel open. It is much more efficiënt and safe then the current level crossing. If the tunnel was just closed off in order to build the tracks in the Bijerlandselaan... A waste..; the track configuration allows taking a turn at the next junction instead, using the Putselaan. And it is all dedicated track, so very little hindrance from other traffic.
