You will then receive instructions, which will most likely be the following; approach the level crossing very slowly (5-10 km/h) and sound the horn. When the crossing is clear, pass it. When the front of the train is passing the crossing, you are allowed to resume normal speed. Until directed otherwise by the CVL, assume the crossing to continue malfunctioning and follow the same passing procedure when you cross it again.
The CVL will notify the other trains in the area and dispatch a repair crew. ;)
Don't forget the warnings ;)

1. You can spawn a metro "reversed".
2. There is a weekend activity, but it does not specify what day of the weekend it is. It does have sections of track out of service for maintenance, so it is probably on a sunday (due to lower passenger numbers).

I don't think I added SG2's reversed into consists, so this screenshot probably comes from either a 'home made' activity, or explore mode.

The bigger entry/exit solution at Noorderpoort platform 3 has been build into Rijndam 2016 and 2018 (and already in 2020), where this platform is in regular use.
In Rijndam 1985, where the platform is not used for regular traffic, the escalator at the beginning of the platform has been replaced with normal stairs.

The requested end-of-platform fences at platform 1/2 have been placed in all Rijndam networks. Also on the Stadhuis platform, as that station also has one open end.

During this operation, I discovered a small error at Stadhuis, which I have resolved in all networks. This evening, I plan to see if the same error is present at other stations, and resolve it if found. ;)

Which is why I planned my maps as express light rail routes using streets and railways so turning signals will be used during street running sections. Also, all stations should have safety railings.
This is now a dead account.
