Well, you could add Aan Zee to Schipwijk but I thought it was redundant because having 'ship' in the name makes it a bit obvious that it's a coastal town.
Re: Rijndam
Maybe with enough global warming Schipluiden, Schipperskerk or Schiphol will be at sea yeah

Holland is a very flat land you know. No hills or mountains
Re: Rijndam
"Schiphol aan Zee"..... Well, it does fit with the long standing idea of moving Schiphol to a to-be-build island in the northsea... (https://to70.com/could-schiphols-future-be-at-sea/)
But "Schiphol" is just too much an airport name and not a city name
I still like the "aan Zee" part. So if we're not going with "Schipwijk aan Zee".... more suggestions? I am thinking a seaside town that would be a destination for two things; a ferry port, and a touristic seaside destination.
If we put "schip" in the name... Perhaps I should add a drydock or something like that (as in "schipyard" )

Perhaps you could use Havenwijk, Toeristenstad or Toeristenwijk with the 'aan Zee' ending because I think they sound better than Schipwijk unless if the town is all about ships I guess.

Zanddijk aan zee
Re: Rijndam
Where's the sea? Maybe you could make a station right next to the beach with a nice boulevard

I was wondering could we have a map of the mainline extensions?
