I took the Paris metro as an example for that. M simply stands for "Metro". So M1 means Metro 1.
In the same system; should Michiel ever add a tram to the list of available rolling stock (for street-running), the first tramline would be numbered "T1". ;)

Ofcourse. Nobelplein; at this station, line M1 converts from 3rd rail to overhead whires.

The station signs with pictures of the related things with the stations name are a cool Idea!

Thanks!
There are only a few stations in Rijndam 2016 that have that, but I have added more name related pictures on station signs in Rijndam 2018 ;)

Is the system map of 2018 done yet? Don't forget that M5 loop. ;)
This is now a dead account.

I will present the map for Rijndam 2018 when Beta 3.10 (with Rijndam 2016) is online. :)

The line number M5 is not shown on the 2018 map, just as it is not shown on the 2016 map.
In Rijndam 2016, M5 is a temporary line used in one activity, replacing lines M2 and M3 which are not operating on the city center loop in that scenario (due to maintenance works).
In Rijndam 2018, I am using the number M5 as a reserve line number on the new extension to Transferium Rijndijk. I have made an activity in which I have imported an Rijndam 2016 activity into Rijndam 2018. So: the Rijndam 2016 timetable on the 2018 network. But as that timetable does not have traffic on the extension (which does not exist in Rijndam 2016), I have put in a short M5 line in it's place.

The circular route of line M5 is however still present in the CTD file for Rijndam 2018 ;)
