This vehicle is more likely to be used on the tram-train network that will use part of the mainline railway (rather than the metro).

Here's a good model for the railway lines:

However, this model will have to be modified to accommodate a pantograph (or alternatively just use it as a diesel unit).

It's not complete yet.
I'll go back to look at Rijndam 2022 soon. It's not far from release-ready I think, I have just been on a side-track lately to do the 2009 stock and Class 378 trains.

EDIT: The timetable is being designed.... Still some testdriving to do; I am missing a few driving times (For example: how many minutes/seconds from Vierdijk to Hondwijk aan Zee?), to complete the CTD file.
After that; program the timetable in XML, make an activity, and see if it all fits together. ;)

I have designed the train timetable for the new line to Zeeburg (keeping the existing timetables around Rijndam mostly intact).

Image

I have been trying to add an intercity service "Rijndam Westplein - Rijndam C - Vierdijk - Hondwijk aan Zee", but I could not fit that in this patern; either the turnaround time became way too long, or I got problems with the single track sections around Vierdijk or other train services. Could be a separate activity later, but not the standard timetable.

Next step will be to program this into XML files (the driving times for this are already in the CTD), test it, and continue to add the HSL and tunnel services. ;)

That makes no sense that there is a RR1 Noordvliet <> Molenwijk and a SPR Centraal <> Zeeburg
It could be one line

RR1 (and RR2) is de local RijndamRail trainservice (comparable to RER around Paris, or S-Bahn around many German city's), using the RR-DDM trains. The SPR Rijndam Centraal - Zeeburg will be the national railway company (using ICM or NS 1700 + NS DDM for this).
