Is it also possible to create a sort-of DDM with RR-DDM and the 1700? What I mean is can you customize the amount of cars of the RR-DDM to make it a 4-car, 5-car or 6-car unit with coupling 2 3-car units together?

The RR-DDM is a 3-car unit. You can couple more of them together, but they can't be split up.

The end station of the HSL will be a bit bigger then that; it has 5 tracks, of which 4 with platform, and a number of sidings. And as it doesn't make sense to switch back to 1500V and ATB for a HSL-only station, the layout is like you are back on the regular rail system (not an HSL-specific station).
Will reveil screenshots (and name) later, when a bit more scenery is build around it.

And.... Don't forget; the network also features a railway from Rijndam Molenwijk to Rijndam Airport, so through-service from the airport, via Rijndam Centraal and the HSL to the new destination will also be possible.

May I also ask besides that catenary system, would it be possible to have customized catenaries like these examples:





Any of these would be nice anywhere on the tram network, especially on T3

I used the standard Metrosimulator objects for the tramlines in Rijndam. For the Toronto network (which is finished, apart from to buildings and activities) I made a whole new set of catenaries.
