Darn Sjoerd, you should've said something! They're gonna convert the part of the railway passing through Denia into a tram look-a-like, no electricity atm, as we'll have hybrid trams for this part of the line.

At least for the Benidorm to Altea section (already renovated) I have seen the foundations for yet to be installed overhead wires (and that section is also prepared for the installation of a second track). At the stations in Denia and Gata de Gorgos, I have seen the renovation in progress, but there they aren't far enough yet to determine if they are preparing for later electrification here also.
The actual electrification will probably still take a lot of time; they'll first complete the current renovation (and at Spanish speeds, that will probably take another few years), and after that; those 2500-series diesel trains aren't written off yet.
But if they actually switch to real trams (like on the Alicante-Benidorm section), and they don't electrify Altea-Denia, then at least they should introduce hybrid trams (switch from overhead wires to on board diesel generators {or hydrogen fuel cell} at Altea), so a non-transfer connection between Alicante and Denia becomes possible.

Too bad mountains aren't possible in Metrosimulator, or I would have been tempted to recreate this railway. It is very divers; an underground section in Alicante, a stretch of tramway along the Muchavista beach, large single track sections around and trough moutains and little towns, high viaducts, steep cliffs overlooking the sea.... ;)

Great! On what line do you drive, want what type(s) of rolling stock? Do you feel your job is in danger due to the increasing number of diverless rolling stock on the Paris metro system (like on lines 1 and 14)?

I have noticed the Paris metro system uses only red/green lights on its signalling system. Did you ever fail to stop at a red signal you did not expect (as you don't get a yellow signal first, warning the next one will be red)?
Are you driving yourself, or are you driving more in the London Victorialine style; press a start button, and the train drives itself to the next station?

Can you provide a few good recordings (in *.wav or *.mp3 format) of the door closing signal, plus closing of the doors, but without all the background sounds? I mean sounds like this; https://youtu.be/mA2l4Zr2uME?t=39s (that typical Paris metro buzzer, and then hearing the doors closing)? Perhaps you could make a few recordings of it in a depot-setting, or during a break on a reversing track, where there is no backgroud sounds (like other trains driving, people chatting, things like that)?

In Rijndam 2020, there are a few Paris reverences; the airport shuttleservice has been transformed to the Paris style rubber tyred system, and this station entrance on line M6:

Probably not, as I am not very good in modeling new objects from scratch. I can make modifications of existing objects, and I have already introduced a completely new type of rolling stock into Metrosimulator (other then the RijndamRail 9000 and rubber tyred Airportshuttle); you'll find out at the release at the end of this month. ;)
But in all instances, I took an existing model as a basis and made a few, or a lot (in case of the not-yet-disclosed one), of modifications. For the Paris system, I would have to make too much totally new; the existing models of Paris subway trains on the 3D Warehause website are all without interiours, and most of them aren't very good quality.

Should I get a really good recording of that Paris metro departure signal + door closing sound, with no background noise, then I might install it on the Airportshuttle rubber tired rolling stock.

Okay.

Finally, a "really" new train is coming.

At least a "really" new train in the sense that the type is non-fictional (and not from Rotterdam) ;)
