It has been build in, in both Rijndam 2016 and Rijndam 2018.
This gives you an ATB code allowing you to accelerate up to 40 km/h, valid until the ZUB-signal. When you pass it (and the yellow ZUB transponder), the ZUB takes over.
I have tested it with an HSM.

Good news; I have found a solution to the ATB failure in Rijndam 2016, which happens when you drive from track 801 tot 214 (or 215 to 214) at Rijndam Central Station.
It has been solved, and will not be an issue anymore in the next release.
