How to repaint?

Don't really know how to repaint? I've download the textures but I'm unsure of how to apply them to the game. Help please? :?

You must put the files in the folder called 'textures' you have to rename the files to TSkin1 or TSkin2, otherwise the sim will not open the correct files.

You can open a template file and just use windows paint to paint on your template. When you are doing it like this, you can see where you are painting.
