How to do this :

Get your phone, and put the stopwatch on.

With an MG2, ATP disabled, reverse into the buffers on Simvleit Airport Platform 1.

Put your train's throttle to 0.

As you put the trhottle to 1, start the stopwatch.

Just let your train go

When you crash into the buffers at Lelywaard, stop the stopwatch and keep the time.

Err, how can you beat a time when all you have you are allowed to do is full throttle? The physics should be consistent if you do this twice, there may be a slight variation based on the framerate, but apart from that there is no way you can influence the outcome. It would be a challenge to not crash into the buffers at Lelywaard, but only touch them with at most 2km/h.
