Error installing 8.9

Post by claw106 »

Hi, big fan of the game.

Whenever I try to install metrosim 8.9, it gives this weird error, never had it before.

The cabinet file disk1.cab is corrupt blah blah blah

Here is a picture of the error:

Thanks! Please help.

Things I have tried already:

Installing to another drive, internal and external

I have tried the compressed installer thing, that says its corrupt when its finished downloading.

I think you mean MetroSim 3.9. Try re-downloading the installer

Try getting one of mozilla firefox's addons to split the download into pieces. The problem I get each time that I get Metro Sim is that is doesn't get the entire file but whn it splits it up it gets everything.
