3.9 Araplein Bug

Hi!
I have a problem or a bug in the 3.9 update. If I play on A line and wanna go to Araplein the signal at Springstraat won't change to green. The speedlimit is 10 and if I go away the signal it turns to 0. So I can't finish my activity.
What's the problem?

You have to ask for departure. You can do that by using the TAB key.
