Indeed; I finally found them in-game too.
Previously, I found the codes in the routes-file, which contains only the codes for the normal position of the switches (to/from the bridge). I could then deduce the codes needed to make a path to/from SVH. ;)

It is really simple.
Just think about the "location" of normal junctions in the game and about the position of Simvliet Haven in relation to Bergpark.

I found the codes for the mainline but I still can't find the codes for all of Simvliet Haven :?:

You won't. You can use the codes to make it possible to exit or enter Simvliet Haven to/from the mainline, but is it not possible to make paths on Simvliet Haven itself using the CVL. They are all manual switches; the CVL can not control them. You can only do that yourself by clicking on the switch-handles.
