Few weeks ago,I told someone not to ask things about 3.9 as we should just wait for it

now,I change my mind,

I'm not asking when will it release,Just want to ask why it isn't release yet?(what problem is Michel facing?)

As I remember,there's a close test for the timetable test of 3.9 in February,seems to be ready to release
(and a request for manual of multi language)

but what happen now???Maybe we could help a little bit...
