Can you flip switches?

Hi,
I just got this game and did the complete C line and I was wondering if there was a way to switch a switch to get the train on the right side of the tracks... Thanks!

For example;
-> open the CVL panel using F1.
-> Press F2, so you can input commands in the lower right box.
-> On the panel, you can see tracks with numbers at each intersection.
-> Example: you are on track 164 at Stadionweg:
-> If you want to go from track 164 to 405, type "164 405 RWI" (RWI = rijweg instellen = create path), and press Enter. You can cancel this again by typing "164 405 RWO" +enter (RWO = rijweg opheffen = cancel path).

The switches will change and you will get a green speed signal (a few seconds later) in the cab.
