In Simvliet, I assume a roof would have been added to the stadium at Stadionweg and obviously there would be some extra services between Simvliet Centrum and Stadionweg

Probably at least a 5 minute frequency on the M3 with 8/9 car trains as the only facility I could imagine such an event in is the convention center next to Lambik station. Also additional trains to CS via Garenmarkt would be a good idea.

Good idea; that location (the building next to that stop) was intended as a convention-center, so would be a good venue for an event like this.... If you are not using "Nationale Opera" (with the deep-level platform as a VIP entrance
)
