I think without this Schienenbus, most of the German routes would have been demolished and the stations would then be closed

You can even use it on the HSL line; I did not put in ETCS, but the ATB system I installed will allow speeds up to 40 km/h if no ATB-signal is recieved.

All we need now is a rural diesel branch line for the railbus.
Otherwise, nice work being done here.

How would you like it if I re-introduced the Denia branch into the railway network in "Rijndam 2022 Railways Only" (like it was in Rijndam 2006 before I changed it there to metergauge for the FGV diesel train)? Then you can run a Railbus service from Rijndam Centraal to Denia, via Rijndam Zuid.
But as the railbus will not fit along metro platforms, mixed use won't happen, so it would be a bit of an alternate timeline; like the line never joined the metro (M5) and tram (T3) networks.

I have the best idea
Train Route RR2 (Railbus):
Rijndam Molenwijk
Rijndam Centraal
Rijndam Landgoed
Rijndam Zuid
Transferium Zuid (a station which is near TRD and replace Lierdijk just behind the Bridge)
Westwood
Denia
Tram with Narrow Gauge and Disel/Batterie (Citylink FGV):
Ypenburg (Centraal)
Ypenburg West
Westwood
Denia Spoorplein
Denia

What do you think of this?
And if you do it Sjoerd think at the Destination boards at the tram
And the Name Of the Route is „The alternative Rijndam"
Thats now the name how everyone have to call it
Hi

Welp, I still think that the VT98 is best suited for more rural routes but oh well. It's your decision after all, not mine.

Or you could have a non-electrified branch line somewhere north of Rijndam Westplein / Buitenvelden.
