Are you going to make a NS Lightrail repaint for it?

No, that's not in planning at the moment. This tram is however on my "possible future projects" list.
Btw. This tram is currently being used on Stockholm line 22 (Tvärbanan).

Just a tip: If the program you're using features an edge smoother, try to apply it to your K4500 model. That would make the handrails and seats (and other curved surfaces) look much smoother
Re: Screenshots & Videos
Polygone smoothing in Milkshape is an absolute nightmare. It tends to totally mess up the object, sometimes even exploding it.
Image below:
Top: The model after using the "smoothing" function. Doesn't look good at all.
Bottom: The model after "unsmoothing" it again; total explosion.
So I save the smoothing process for last. Sometimes I get it done, after a few hours of trial and error. Basically; just try until you get lucky, and avoid these explosions by using Ctrl+Z to go back instead of the build in unsmoothing option.

I don't really know much about Milkshape, but see if you have an option " weld" vertices, try after that again.
Re: Screenshots & Videos
In Milkshape, unsmoothing is done via the "unweld" function. The screenshot shows the result.
I'll go into the experimentation phase again whenn all other tasks are done, so it is the very last thing to do. I do not want to spend 5 hours on the smoothing trail-and-error process now, only to have it messed up again when a later alteration to the model is needed.

Okay wtf
Apparently that function really goes wild. In Blender you have the smoother as a modifier where you can even set the maximum angle of edges that are to be smoothed, don't know about other programs tho.

Why you build a K4500 from the KVB (Traffic Authortity of cologne)? It is amazing to see...
Have I ever said, that my english competitions are horrible?

Very nice train, Sjoerd! But a N8C from the KVB as the "Kassler Verkehrsgesellschaft" would be great, too. http://www.frankfurter-nahverkehrsforum ... adID=26100
