Cloudy sky and Nightmode? Nice!

If possible, I would variant the hight of the trees a little bit.

Nightmode, yes. But where do you see clouds?

That's possible; static objects can be scaled up or down when you place them in te route. I am doing this at several locations. ;)

The dark sky looks like a big heavy cloud before a storm...

With Briel + Sjoerds Map + probably other Beta tester Maps + MS3.10, thats a lot of good stuff to come soon!

:!: Please keep in mind that all maps are WIP. No release dates, not even sure if they will ever be released. The editor is quite hard to use sometimes, one error can force you to rebuild complete parts of the map.

This is very true; Just a few moments ago, I made some sort of error I do not understand (what did I do wrong?). Anyway, the simulator now crashes when I try to start up te route. This means I have just lost 4 hours of work (everything I did since I made my last backup yesterday). :(

EDIT: Correction; make that 6 hours of lost work; I just checked: the last backup was a little bit earlier in the evening yesterday.

No program can be perfect. In the past I did change something on a Map in a different game, it did crash the whole map, even reinstalling the information normally acessed by the editor from a backup and the original download did not make it playable again. (But on the good side only 30 minutes wasted).

Michiel already said that the editor is complicated thing and not fully stable. He also said there is need to work on it, but respect that one person doing all of this as a hobby can not be so fast as we all wish. I´m really sure that we will evetually get a good editor, we just don´t know when. Some of us also thought 3.10 to be cancelled in may...

Yeah, at the moment, I am only angry at myself for not making more backups ;) . Re-building goes faster then building something for the first time, so I am hoping I can re-do those 6 hours of work in a far shorter time. I already had the fortune of not needing to re-do a CVL modification (I made a small modification in my track layout to re-arrange some switches at one of the end stations), so I already saved at least an hour there ;)

I am now going to make backups at least twice an hour when I am building, instead of once every building session :D
